Clear It Calendula is unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds if you purchased accidentally or changed your mind. It is highly recommended you work closely with Clear It Calendula before making a purchase. You can schedule a virtual consultation here.

If you placed an order and received the wrong item or it was damaged, we will issue a full refund or replacement free of charge. Please provide proof of purchase, and photos of your order within 72 hours of receiving the package in order to process this request. A shipping label will be provided if the request is approved.

If you believe you have had a reaction to one of the products purchased on Clear It Calendula, please send an email to amanda@clearitcalendula.com within 18 days of purchase. Requirements to process this request:

1. Several clear photos of your reaction
2. Picture of receipt for proof of purchase
3. Product is 70% full
4. Must have previous history of a virtual consult and purchased the products we recommended

Clear It Calendula will not process refunds based on any reaction, if you have purchased a product outside of the list of products recommended to you on your profile or if you purchased them randomly without seeking a consultation first.

Clear It Calendula is unable to cover postage costs for this type of return.

Since we are working with compromised skin barriers, a lot of reactions are the barrier trying to heal itself, or is a direct immune response from the damage it has endured over the years. We have many reasons for this, which is discussed during our consults and in our blog posts.

Without getting a test through a dermatologist to determine what you may be allergic to inside of a formulation, it is impossible to say whether or not it's a true allergic reaction.
